Zhou Xiaobin, the Vice Mayor of Ankang City Government, said in his speech that this conference is a major annual event for the textile industry in the province, and it is also an important and joyful event in the process of Ankang's industrial development.
Zhou Xiaobin pointed out that in recent years, Ankang City has closely adhered to the positioning of "New Capital of China's Fur Toy Industry" and "New City of Textile and Clothing Industry in Northwest China", seized the opportunity of eastern industrial transfer, and established a complete industrial chain system covering from growing mulberry trees and raising silkworms, spinning silk and weaving cloth, to fur toys, brand clothing, and textile machinery manufacturing. By the end of 2025, there were 104 state-owned industrial enterprises in the textile and fur toy sectors in the city, achieving a total industrial output value of 6.87 billion yuan. Among them, the fur toy industrial chain output value has historically exceeded 10 billion yuan. The intelligent high-end yarn textile industrial park in Han Yin County has a 380,000-spindle double-core yarn production line that fills the gap in the province. The Wuli Industrial Concentration Zone has successfully been established as a provincial economic development zone, and the industry is accelerating its progress towards high-end, intelligent and brand-oriented development.
Zhou Xiaobin emphasized that 2026 is the starting and crucial year of the "15th Five-Year Plan".
